Featuring stepped landscaping and a striking blue metal partition, this thoughtfully designed pathway guides guests to an outdoor seating area, setting the stage for an immersive experience in luxury living.

Upon entering, guests are greeted by an elegant wave-formed landscape adorned with lush greenery. The sophisticated reception space, thoughtfully separated from the lounge, meeting, and display areas by a custom-designed semi-porous metal frame, creates a seamless transition that reflects the beauty of the surrounding environment.
The lounge provides a unique experience, allowing visitors to feel as though they are sitting inside one of the luxurious apartments. With panoramic window-like panels framing the view, guests can imagine the serene waterfront lifestyle that awaits them.
The back area includes a dedicated space for staff operations and logistics, ensuring smooth functionality behind the scenes. A private meeting area is also available for confidential discussions and strategic planning, highlighting the center's commitment to professionalism and refined sophistication.
