This affordable housing project came with a very tight budget but that doesn't mean we compromise on the aesthetics and functionality. Being a show apartment, it had to be visually very appealing while setting an example of how each and every space can be used by all units of this tower in an optimized way.

This home was designed in a way that it doesn't look congested while fulfilling basic requirements of any resident following an open-plan.
Keeping it super minimalistic, we used tones of whites, ivories and mushrooms along with hints of grays and blacks to follow a neutral palette.
